Ordering and Customization
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Most of our products can be made in custom sizes, finishes, and configurations. If you need something specific, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
Can I send inspiration photos or sketches?
Absolutely. Photos, sketches, dimensions, and reference ideas help us understand your vision and quote accurately.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is fabricated in-house from raw steel or stainless steel. Because each item is handmade, slight variations are normal and part of the character of custom metalwork.
Can I preview a design before production?
For custom projects, we may provide a mockup or drawing prior to fabrication depending on the scope of the project.
Materials & Finishes
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with steel and stainless steel depending on the product and intended use.
What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a durable baked-on finish that provides added protection and color longevity compared to traditional paint.
Will raw steel rust?
Yes. Raw unfinished steel will naturally develop a natural patina and may rust over time, especially outdoors. This is expected unless a protective finish is selected.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Many of our products are designed for outdoor use. Powder coating or stainless steel is recommended for maximum durability.
Production & Shipping
What is your turnaround time?
Because our products are made to order, turnaround times vary depending on order volume and project complexity. Estimated lead times are listed on product pages whenever possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
In some cases, yes. Rush production may require an additional fee to prioritize your order in our fabrication schedule.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States.
Will my item arrive fully assembled?
Some larger items may ship in multiple pieces to reduce freight costs and help prevent shipping damage. Assembly instructions will be provided when applicable.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is shipping damage. Include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist quickly.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We offer installation services for select projects in Southern California and work as both subcontractors and prime contractors on qualifying jobs.
Do you provide mounting hardware?
It depends on the product. Hardware is included when specified in the product listing.
Returns & Policies
Can I return a custom item?
Because custom-made products are built specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before fabrication begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Why does my handmade item look slightly different than the photos?
Each piece is individually fabricated and finished by hand. Minor variations in texture, welds, finish, and color are part of handmade craftsmanship.

Do you work with businesses, venues, or event companies?
Yes. We regularly fabricate custom pieces for commercial spaces, events, retail displays, weddings, ranches, and branded installations.
