Shipping policy

 

All HAAGMADE products are made to order. 

Standard and custom orders have a production turnaround of 7–10 business days. This timeframe begins once the order is placed and all design details (if applicable) are approved.

Production time does not include shipping/transit time.

For larger or more complex custom projects (such as chandeliers or event structures), production time may exceed 10 business days. If this applies to your order, we will communicate an updated timeline.
