Terms of Service (Ecommerce Purchases Only)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the HAAGMADE website. These Terms apply only to ecommerce transactions and do not apply to custom contracted work, installations, or local projects, which are governed by separate written agreements.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
HAAGMADE offers made-to-order and custom metal products, including hoops, trellises, branding irons, and related items. All products are fabricated based on the options selected at checkout or details provided by the customer.

2. Customization & Product Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, configuration, and specifications at the time of purchase. HAAGMADE is not responsible for errors in selection once an order is placed.

3. Orders & Payment

•              All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

•              Prices are subject to change without notice.

•              Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Production & Lead Times

•              All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

•              Production times are estimates and may vary.

•              Delays due to material shortages, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Product Variations
Due to the nature of metal fabrication, slight variations in finish, welds, dimensions, or color may occur and are not considered defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

•              Shipping timelines are separate from production times.

•              HAAGMADE is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.

•              Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-delivery.

•              Large or heavy items may require freight delivery and customer coordination for unloading.

7. Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

8. Installation & Use
All products are sold as-is for customer installation and use. HAAGMADE is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, structural failure due to external factors, or any resulting damage or injury.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

•              All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

•              Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.

•              After 24 hours, materials and production may be in progress and cancellations may not be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs, product configurations, and fabrication methods remain the property of HAAGMADE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAAGMADE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
