If you can provide a digital design as a vector EPS, .AI, or high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF, we can use that to create your custom branding iron.

If you do not have a vectored file, HAAGMADE can digitize your design. This adds a $35 digitization fee. You will receive this digital file upon completion for approval.

Standard and custom orders have a production turnaround of 7–10 business days. This timeframe begins once the order is placed and all design details (if applicable) are approved.

Production time does not include shipping/transit time.
For larger or more complex custom projects, production time may exceed 10 business days. If this applies to your order, we will communicate an updated timeline.

During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur.
